Every child deserves more than just the basics—they deserve a school experience that sparks curiosity, creativity, and joy. At Alameda Elementary, Friends of Alameda helps make that possible by funding the enrichment, experiences, and resources that bring learning to life—from vibrant art and hands-on STEM to unforgettable field trips and community events.

But this year, we’re facing a critical challenge. Beginning July 1, 2025, Alameda will no longer be able to retain our beloved classroom Educational Assistants—dedicated team members who have been the heartbeat of our classrooms, offering daily support to students and teachers alike. These roles, once funded by the Foundation, are now at risk.

🌟 Our goal? To rally together and raise the funds needed to offset this loss—so we can continue providing the stable, supportive, and inspiring learning environment our kids deserve.
